Yebrax Trade Terms of Service

1. Service scope

Yebrax Trade is software for market intelligence, analysis, signals, risk tools, and automated execution features that may be available on selected plans. Yebrax is not your broker and does not custody your trading funds.

2. No personalized investment advice

Content, signals, analysis and automated outputs are general technical information and tools, not individualized investment, financial, tax or legal advice. You remain responsible for every trading decision and for determining suitability for your capital and risk tolerance.

3. Trading risk

Leveraged trading in forex, metals and related instruments is high risk and may result in substantial or total loss of capital. Read the Trading Risk Disclaimer before using any signal or automation.

4. Account and security

You must provide accurate information, protect credentials, and not share accounts or bypass permissions. Accounts may be suspended for abuse, security risk, fraud, or breach of these terms.

5. Subscriptions and payment

Paid features require an active plan. Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Paddle or NOWPayments. Subscription access is granted only after server-side payment confirmation. The price, term and features shown at checkout govern the purchase.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Our Refund Policy and mandatory consumer rights apply. Where Paddle acts as seller/merchant of record, cancellation and refunds may be handled through Paddle under its buyer terms, policies and applicable law.

7. Automated execution

When automation is available and enabled, actual execution, spread, slippage and outcomes may differ from displayed prices because of broker conditions, liquidity and connectivity. Yebrax does not guarantee execution at a specific price or any target outcome.

8. Availability and accuracy

We work to maintain reliable data but outages, delays and errors may occur across market-data providers, networks, brokers and third-party systems. Yebrax may pause tracking or execution when trustworthy live data is unavailable rather than fabricate a result.

9. Intellectual property and acceptable use

Yebrax software, designs, methods, brands and owned content are protected. Unauthorized resale, license circumvention, abusive API use, harmful interference and unlawful reverse engineering are prohibited.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee profit or trading outcomes and are not responsible for market losses resulting from trading decisions. Nothing here removes mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes

We may update these terms for operational, legal, security or product reasons. Material changes will show an updated version/effective date and fresh consent may be requested where required.
