Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective date: 2026-08-12
1. Mandatory rights remain intact
This policy does not remove any mandatory withdrawal, cancellation or refund right granted by applicable law in your country.
2. Paddle payments
For Paddle purchases, Paddle may act as Merchant of Record and handle invoices, taxes, refunds and disputes under its buyer terms, refund policy and applicable law. Use the manage-subscription/refund link in your Paddle receipt, or contact us and we can help route the request.
3. NOWPayments / crypto payments
Blockchain transfers may be irreversible once sent. Verify network, asset and destination before payment. If a duplicate payment is confirmed, service was not activated because of an unresolved Yebrax error, or applicable law requires a refund, you may request review.
4. Change of mind after activation
After a digital service is activated and used, a transaction may be non-refundable except where applicable law provides otherwise or the payment provider approves a refund. Mandatory consumer rights are not waived.
5. Cancellation
Stopping future renewal does not automatically refund the current paid period. Access generally continues until the paid term ends unless transaction status or law requires otherwise.
6. Requesting a refund
Send the order ID, account email and reason through the Contact page. Never send MT5 passwords, private keys or full card details.
