Privacy Policy
Effective date: 2026-08-12
1. Data we process
We may process account data such as name, email, verification state, profile and subscription settings, security and usage logs, IP address, session/device identifiers, support requests, and technical signal/execution data when you use those features.
2. Payment data
Sensitive card or wallet payment details are handled by the selected payment provider. Yebrax generally stores order/provider identifiers, status, amount and references needed for fulfillment and reconciliation, not full card details.
3. Why we use data
We use data to create and secure accounts, verify email, provide subscriptions and requested features, prevent fraud/abuse, support users, maintain auditability and reliability, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Service providers
We may share the minimum necessary data with hosting, email, payment, operational analytics, market-data or integration providers needed to deliver the service. Paddle and NOWPayments process certain payment data under their own policies and legal roles.
5. Trading/account integration data
If you use MT5 linking or execution features, we process only the data required to operate and authorize those features. Trading passwords are not displayed in public interfaces and should never be posted in public channels or insecure messages.
6. Cookies and sessions
We use technical cookies/storage required for sessions, security, language and sign-in. Optional analytics should be enabled in line with applicable consent requirements.
7. Retention and security
We retain data as needed for service delivery, security, audit, accounting and legal obligations, then delete or minimize it when no longer required. We use access controls, audit records and technical safeguards to reduce unauthorized access.
8. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, object, restrict, port data, or withdraw certain consent. Submit requests through the Contact page; identity verification may be required.
9. International transfers
Yebrax and service providers may operate in different countries. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we use the legal basis or safeguards required by applicable law.
10. Children
The service is not directed to children, and trading or paid subscription accounts should not be created by anyone lacking legal capacity under their local law.
11. Contact
For privacy questions or rights requests, use the Contact page.
